Behind the Flags
The first thing you’ll notice when you step into the Acción Performance warehouse is our ceiling, covered in hanging flags from countries around the world. We intentionally present these flags proudly for all team members and visitors to admire.
Why?
A key component of the Acción Performance DNA is our team — their diverse experiences make us stronger.
When building our workspace, we were determined to create an undeniably welcoming environment for these valued individuals. Each flag in our warehouse represents the backgrounds of both internal and external teammates. When they walk through the doors each day, they’re met with this display and a welcome wall that greets everyone in their own
language. These serve as reminders that our work has a multiplier effect. As we work to extend opportunities to our team members directly, we also support their families and collective future. We’re able to see the true impact of our work, and the footprint that Acción Performance and Morales Group have across the globe. We strive to continue on this mission by serving as many countries as possible to invoke greater change.
