Portrait of Tom Morales

Tom Morales

Co-founder and Chairman of the Board

Chief Hugger

As a child, Tom Morales aspired to be an engineer and likely never dreamed of being able to start a company that would make such an impactful difference in people’s lives. Acción Performance’s Co-Founder and CEO saw an opportunity to serve individuals who needed consistent and reliable work and wanted to build a bridge between the Indianapolis business community and the Hispanic population. Tom continues to invest in others by serving on the boards of Elevate Indy, YWAM, and IU Cancer Center Development Board and lecturing all over the country on immigration issues. When he’s not serving, you’ll find him enjoying time with his wife and five children or on the golf course.

Portrait of Seth Morales

Seth Morales

CEO + President

Learner, Input, Context, Achiever, Includer

There’s no stopping Seth Morales as he blazes the trail to grow a business built on listening and solving the critical issues of business leaders. As the President and COO, he sees Acción Performance an incubator for talent, providing a pipeline to the Morales Group family of services. This people-driven all star continues standing up for the less fortunate in helping build homes for the less fortunate via the Home of Hope program in Mexico and sits on St. Vincent’s Health System Board of Directors. When he’s not reliving his game-winning touchdown catch from Drew Brees to beat Ohio State, he can be found hiking or playing in the pool with his kids and hitting up Hinkle Fieldhouse for a Butler University basketball game.

Portrait of Jackie Morales

Jackie Morales

Chief Marketing Officer

Activator, Learner, Individualization, Responsibility, Strategic

Jackie Morales’s passion drives her work in overseeing marketing, human resources, and workforce development to ensure her team helps people find incredible jobs to best take care of their families. Her intense passion for connecting people to better opportunities carries over to her mentorship of latino high school students via Project Stepping Stone. Her resourcefulness has earned her notoriety as an Indianapolis Journal’s 40 under 40, as well as Latina Business Woman of the Year at the Latina Expo. When she’s not hard at work in the office, she’s busy researching her next festival or hiking spot to explore with her family.

Portrait of Jennifer Burton

Jennifer Burton

Chief Financial Officer

Responsibility, Learner, Developer, Arranger, Achiever

As CFO, Jennifer uses her calm, caring, and supportive spirit to make sure her colleagues have what they need to do a good job. She loves working as a team to take on the risks and roadblocks that come with setting goals and then reaping the rewards of shared success. Away from work, Jennifer does the same — taking leaps of faith out of functioning airplanes, confronting immense challenges like marathons and triathlons, and serving the needs of others through the Hoosier Veterans Assistance Foundation.

Portrait of Ben Slaughter

Ben Slaughter

Director of Operations

Includer, Arranger, Connectedness, Achiever, Positivity

As the Director of Operations Ben Slaughter works diligently to establish processes that seamlessly manage connection of individuals with supportive jobs. He loves his family very much and considers his job a humbling experience as he has the privilege of allowing well-meaning people take care of themselves and their own families. This genuine director finds joy in learning about others and seeks out ways to pour back into them whether it’s through mentorship programs, like Jr. Achievement, or in assisting with his children’s activities. You might find him running around Indy helping in these many activities and then relaxing at the Salty Cowboy in Zionsville.

Portrait of Brad Miller

Brad Miller

Senior Project Manager

Analytical, Individualization, Achiever, Competition, Relator

As our senior project manager, Brad Miller’s fun-loving nature brings joy to the many people he manages. This loyal leader finds joy in working from both Indiana and abroad through work and volunteer activities — such as Homes of Hope in Mazatlan, We Care in Kokomo, and Grissom Air Museum in Peru. When he’s not serving others through work or volunteer efforts, you can find him serving up a mean meal as a self-described grill master, while likely watching a Florida Gators or Purdue game.
