Tiffany represents Morales Group, Inc. as the Director of Supplier Diversity + Business Growth for our Acción Performance and Morales Group Staffing divisions. She fulfills her mission to uplift Morales Group and other minority-owned businesses by learning about supplier diversity programs, representing Morales Group entities in the supplier diversity space, and sharing helpful information about supplier diversity programs publicly.

After growing up in the company as a Jr. Team Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor and currently a Project Manager, Ana has been with the company for 12 years. She absolutely loves the culture and helping everyone that she can. One of her favorite things about her position with Acción is the exposure to different clients which provides a “behind the scenes” into how different industries and companies work. Ana describes herself as disciplined, dedicated and versatile, and she works hard to share her knowledge and expertise with her coworkers to help them grow in the company like she did. Spending time with her beautiful daughters Victoria and Valentina, working on DIY projects or riding around in her Jeep with no top are some of Ana’s favorite ways to spend her time outside of Acción.

As a strategic achiever who values being a team player, Jaziel has held many roles at Acción over the past 13 years, including General Worker, Team Lead, Supervisor, Estimator, Project Manager, and finally Senior Project Manager. While the work can be hard at times, Jaziel enjoys finding solutions to his client’s challenges. He also feels passionate about coaching and developing his team, as that brings him great joy. When Jaziel is not busy at work, he likes to take his wife on an annual road trip, visiting and hiking through national parks.

Serving for over a decade as a Project Manager for Acción, Jorge’s favorite part of his job is seeing different projects and clients from varying industries. He welcomes the challenges that come with each new project, and he prides himself on his ability to stay calm under pressure, while encouraging his teammates to do the same. Jorge would tell you that the best part of his job has been seeing the growth of his teammates from line employees to team leads and supervisors. Being a part of their professional growth makes him happy. Outside of work, Jorge’s favorite sport is soccer, and he enjoys cooking at home.

As the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, Jackie Morales’s passion drives her work in overseeing marketing, IT, human resources, and the partnership with the Project Azul foundation to ensure her team helps people find incredible jobs to best take care of their families. Jackie places the highest value on finding talent and lifting people up. Her intense passion for connecting people to better opportunities carries over to her mentorship of Latinx high school students via Project Stepping Stone. Her resourcefulness has earned her renown as an Indianapolis Journal’s Forty under 40, as well as Latina Business Woman of the Year at the Indiana Latino Expo. When she’s not hard at work in the office, she’s busy researching her next festival or hiking spot to explore with her family.

As VP of Talent and Culture, Monique uses her diverse background and skillset to help our teams achieve new levels of success. She brings 20+ years of leading and developing teams and customer service. Monique enjoys empowering and skilling up her teammates through coaching. Born to parents who immigrated from the Netherlands to Canada, Monique was born in Porthope, immigrated to U.S. at the age of 4 and moved to Mexico at the age of 7. She speaks three languages. In addition to her professional role, Monique is an artist and paints as often as she can while also enjoying biking and hiking (especially in the West). One of her aspirations is to share the joy of painting with underserved children to allow children to express themselves.

A graduate of Purdue University, Waren has a history of working in management. He served 9 years in the Environmental & Sustainability industry, and the past 4 years he has served at Acción. Waren appreciates the company’s culture and passion for helping others, and he believes that the team’s inclusivity cultivates enjoyable teamwork and collaboration. If asked to describe his strengths, Waren would share that he shines in the areas of team building and process improvement. Taking a peek into his after-hours life, Waren can be found enjoying music-related activities and spending time outdoors.

Starting as an On-Site Performance Manager (OSPM) at Morales Group, Inc. over 5 years ago, Mario Colina served clients by streamlining the Human Resource process and worked to achieve the mutual objectives of quality and continuous improvements. As an immigrant from Venezuela, he felt compelled to give back to his community, and helping people find jobs to provide for their families was a great way to do just that. In 2022, Mario’s hard work earned him a promotion to Branch Manager at the Acción office, where he serves today. On a personal side, Mario loves spending time with his family and his 4-year-old son Santiago – who keeps him active for sure, as well as, cheering on his favorite team in FC Barcelona.

As the President and COO, he sees Acción Performance an incubator for talent, providing a pipeline to the Morales Group family of services. This people-driven all star continues standing up for the less fortunate in helping build homes for the less fortunate via the Home of Hope program in Mexico and sits on St. Vincent’s Health System Board of Directors. When he’s not reliving his game-winning touchdown catch from Drew Brees to beat Ohio State, he can be found hiking or playing in the pool with his kids and hitting up Hinkle Fieldhouse for a Butler University basketball game.

Our VP of Acción Operations knows this place from the ground up. Indianapolis native Rick dedicates himself every day to developing our team to succeed while adding value to the growth of the company. This Ball State alum thrives on solving a unique challenge, and his skills in collaboration allow him to find solutions to even the most tangled obstacles clients face. When he’s not problem-solving or innovating, Rick enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as kayaking and working out.
