Morales Group Recognized for Diversity in Workforce at the Mayor’s Celebration of Diversity Awards
We are proud to announce our recognition of the prestigious ‘Diversity in Workforce’ award at the annual Mayor‘s Celebration of Diversity Awards by EmployIndy held at Ivy Tech Community College. Morales Group stood out among local employers for its exceptional dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
Mayor’s Celebration of Diversity Awards Breakfast
This event provides a platform for leaders to share insights, success stories, and best practices for creating an inclusive workplace, alongside other nominees and award recipients highlighting their commitment to championing diversity. All proceeds from this event go to support Project Indy, a youth employment initiative developed by Mayor Joe Hogsett and housed within EmployIndy.
Our VP of Merger + Acquisitions, Luke Morales, humbly accepted the ‘Diversity in Workforce’ award alongside Mayor Joe Hogsett. Our Associate Director of Community Impact, Cynthia Hobbs attended the award ceremony as well. These awards are powerful reminders of our mission to build better futures, one story at a time, and the generational impact we can make.

The mission behind these networks is to help educate and develop our teammates by promoting cultural awareness and living by our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the communities where we live and work.

Nominees must promote opportunities that engage and recognize diversity within their business.
