After establishing a new operation, this leading third-party logistics provider needed experienced leadership to help their team perform production with potency. And with peak business season fast approaching, they needed to develop standardized processes and create a communication network in short order to be productive.

Solution

Then, we standardized their processes and formulated continuous improvement initiatives. We also coordinated a production team and developed peak-ready processes before working closely with the global distribution company’s engineering team to analyze and determine a fixed cost for the receiving department.
